摘 要:为探究不同生物有机肥水平对樱桃番茄品质和养分的影响,试验以‘京番粉星3号’樱桃番茄为材料,设置4个生物有机肥水平:T0(不施生物有机肥)、T1(30 t/hm^(2))、T2(75 t/hm^(2))和T3(150 t/hm^(2)),分析不同生物有机肥水平下樱桃番茄的生长形态、果实品质及养分含量的差异。结果表明:增施生物有机肥会促进樱桃番茄植株长高、增粗,促进养分吸收,提高樱桃番茄品质。T2处理条件下樱桃番茄可溶性糖、维生素C含量及糖酸比最高,显著高于T0处理。樱桃番茄果实中P、Ca、K、Mg含量均在T1处理条件下最高,分别为3.89、0.59、24.10、1.39 g/kg。矿质元素之间、品质指标与矿质元素间部分存在显著或极显著相关关系。T2处理的隶属函数法综合评分最高,在提高樱桃番茄品质、促进养分吸收等方面效果最佳。In order to explore the effects of different bio-organic fertilizer levels on the quality and nutrients of cherry tomato,this experiment was conducted using‘Jingfan Fenxing 3’as material through setting four bio-organic fertilizer levels as T0(no bio-organic fertilizer),T1(30 t/hm^(2)),T2(75 t/hm^(2))and T3(150 t/hm^(2)).The differences of growth morphology,fruit quality and nutrient contents of cherry tomato under different bio-organic fertilizer levels were analyzed.The results showed that the application of bio-organic fertilizer promoted the height and thickness of cherry tomato plants and nutrient absorption,and improved the quality of fruits.Under T2 treatment,the contents of soluble sugar,vitamin C and sugar-acid ratio was the highest,which was significantly higher than those of T0 treatment.The contents of P,Ca,K and Mg in cherry tomato fruits were the highest under T1 treatment,which were 3.89,0.59,24.10 and 1.39 g/kg,respectively.There were significant or extremely significant correlations between mineral elements,quality indicators and mineral nutrients.The T2 treatment had the highest comprehensive score evaluated by membership function method,which had the best effects on improving the fruit quality and nutrient absorption of cherry tomato.
