新型城镇化、消费升级与战略性新兴产业全要素生产率

摘　　要：在“双循环”新发展格局下,新型城镇化作为国家经济社会发展的重要战略,能够畅通生产和消费的各个环节,是实现供需匹配,促进战略性新兴产业发展的有效手段。本文基于2009-2019年战略性新兴产业上市公司数据测算企业全要素生产率,从理论和实证角度分析新型城镇化对战略性新兴产业全要素生产率的影响及消费升级在两者中的中介作用机制,并进一步检验区域和企业所有制异质性。研究发现,新型城镇化对战略性新兴产业全要素生产率具有显著的促进作用,且消费升级在二者关系中存在中介效应。新型城镇化能促进东部地区战略性新兴产业全要素生产率,消费升级的中介效应仅在东部地区显著;新型城镇化对国有企业战略性新兴产业全要素生产率的正向促进作用更大。因此,在新型城镇化推动下,引导居民消费升级,是驱动战略性新兴产业高质量发展的有效途径。Under the new development pattern of“dual circulation”,new urbanization,as an important strategy for national economic and social development,can smooth all links of production and consumption,and is an effective means to achieve the matching of supply and demand.Measure the total factor productivity of enterprises based on the data of listed companies in strategic emerging industries from 2009 to 2019.From theoretical and empirical perspectives,this paper analyzes the impact of new urbanization on the high-quality development of strategic emerging industries and the mediating effect of consumption upgrade,and test the heterogeneity of regional and enterprise ownership.The results show that the new urbanization has a positive impact on the total factor productivity of strategic emerging industries,and consumption upgrading has a mediating effect in the relationship between them.Regarding regional heterogeneity,new urbanization can promote tthe total factor productivity of strategic emerging industries in the eastern region,and the mediating effect of consumption upgrading is only significant in the eastern region.For the heterogeneity of ownership,the new urbanization has a greater positive effect on the total factor productivity of strategic emerging industries of state-owned enterprises,and consumption upgrading has a partial intermediary effect in both state-owned and non-state-owned enterprises.Therefore,with the promotion of new urbanization,guiding residents’consumption upgrade is an effective way to drive the high-quality development of strategic emerging industries.
