户外拓展训练在高职体育教学中的运用探研

摘　　要：传统高职体育教学存在缺乏全方面综合素质教育、课堂教学内容没有趣味性等问题。户外拓展训练有助于促进学生身心健康,增强学生的团队和竞争意识,提升体育课程的趣味性,且安全性有保障,多元性和实践性有详实案例支撑,可行性较高,高职体育教师应合理将户外拓展训练融入体育教学中。文章简述传统高职体育教学存在的问题,明确户外拓展训练的内涵及价值,分析户外拓展训练引入高职体育教学的难点,并指出户外拓展训练融入高职体育课程的策略及注意事项。Traditional vocational physical education teaching lacks comprehensive quality education in all aspects,and classroom teaching content lacks interest.Outdoor outward bound training can help promote students'physical and mental health,increase their team and competitive awareness,enhance the fun of physical education courses,and ensure safety.Its diversity and practicality are supported by detailed case studies,and its feasibility is relatively high.Vocational physical education teachers should reasonably integrate outdoor expansion training into vocational physical education teaching.The article briefly discusses the problems of traditional vocational physical education teaching,clarifies the connotation and value of outdoor expansion training,analyzes the difficulties of introducing outdoor expansion training into vocational physical education teaching,and points out the strategies and precautions for integrating outdoor expansion training into vocational physical education courses.
