摘 要:加热炉是常减压装置热量的重要来源,也是能源消耗最大的设备,占常减压装置能耗的80%以上,其热效率的高低对装置能耗有直接影响。为推进绿色装置创建,从源头控制实现清洁生产,以胜利油田石油化工总厂常减压加热炉为例,从其热效率数据出发,分析装置同比环比数据,梳理常减压装置加热炉运行中存在的问题,得出影响加热炉热效率的主要影响因素是排烟温度和氧含量。结合生产实际对余热回收系统进行优化改造,有效降低了排烟温度,提高了空气进炉温度,实现了氧含量、负压等自动调节,改造实施后加热炉平均热效率提高1.7%,节能效果显著。The heating furnace is the important heat source of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit(AVDU),but also the largest energy consumer,which accounts for about 80%of the total energy consumption of the AVDU.Its thermal efficiency has a direct impact on the energy consumption of the unit.In response to promoting green facilities and achieving clean production at source,based on the thermal efficiency data,this paper is to analyze the operation problems,finding that the main factors affecting thermal efficiency of the heating furnace are exhaust temperature and oxygen content.After waste heat recovery system was optimized according to the actual condition,the exhaust temperature was reduced effectively,the air inlet temperature was increased,and automatic adjustment of oxygen content was achieved.The optimized furnace thermal efficiency increased by 1.7%on average,which has a remarkable energy-saving effect.
