摘  要:脓毒症是免疫功能紊乱为特点的多器官功能障碍综合征,其免疫调节靶点治疗的研究具有重要意义。T细胞免疫球蛋白与ITIM结构域(TIGIT)是新发现的免疫抑制受体,在免疫网络中发挥重要的调节作用。脓毒症患者的TIGIT在T细胞及NK细胞上表达显著上调,而TIGIT可能通过与抗原提呈细胞表达的CD155结合,下调部分免疫细胞功能从而诱导免疫抑制,TIGIT在脓毒症的发生发展过程中发挥负性调节作用。但也有观点认为,阻断TIGIT可导致部分免疫细胞凋亡和功能障碍。由于目前TIGIT在脓毒症方面的研究数据有限,且存在相互矛盾的研究结论,故而TIGIT对脓毒症预后的影响及机制有待进一步研究。Sepsis is a multi-organ dysfunction syndrome characterized by immune dysfunction,and the study on its immunomodulatory targets is of great significance.T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains(TIGIT),a newly discovered immunosuppressive receptor,plays an important regulatory role in immune network.The expression of TIGIT is significantly up-regulated in T and NK cells in patients with sepsis.TIGIT may induce immunosuppression through binding to CD155 expressed by antigen-presenting cells and down-regulating the function of some immune cells.Therefore,TIGIT plays a negative regulatory role in the occurrence and development of sepsis.However,it is also considered that blocking TIGIT can result in apoptosis and dysfunction of some immune cells.Due to the limited data and contradictory conclusions regarding the role of TIGIT in sepsis,the effect and mechanism of TIGIT on the prognosis of sepsis need further study.
