摘 要:为了探究脉冲电场下电化学水软化特性,选取溶液质量浓度、高频脉冲电源的频率与占空比3个重要因素,基于Box-Behnken响应面法进行分析,研究各因素及其组合效果对水软化效率的影响程度,并进行优化,得到最佳参数。实验结果表明:溶液质量浓度对水软化效率影响最为显著,3因素的影响效果依次为溶液质量浓度>占空比>频率。在电压为36 V下,初始质量浓度在300~400 mg·L^(-1)时,电解反应和沉积反应达到最佳协同状态,软化性能达到最佳。脉冲电源占空比的改变对碳酸钙晶体的相组成没有影响,但对碳酸钙晶体的成核以及晶体的生长有较大影响。In order to explore the electrochemical water softening characteristics under pulsed electric field,Three important factors including solution hardness,frequency of high frequency pulse power supply and duty cycle were studied,and the effects of single factors on water softening efficiency and its combined effects on electrochemical water softening were investigated and optimized.The results show that the hardness of solution has the most obvious effect on electrochemical water softening,and the effects of the three factors are in order of hardness>duty cycle>frequency.At 36 V and initial concentration of 300-400 mg·L^(-1),the electrochemical reaction and deposition reaction reached the best synergistic state.The change of duty cycle of power supply has no effect on the composition of CaCO3 crystal,but affects its nucleation and crystal growth processes.
