摘　　要：以野生三倍体幼嫩茎段为外植体,通过筛选腋芽启动,不定芽增殖和生根诱导等适宜培养基及移栽基质,建立离体快繁技术体系,同时探讨了影响组培苗生根的关键因素,旨在为野生三倍体漆树的工厂化育苗和进一步推广提供技术支撑。The article aims to establish a system for in vitro rapid propagation of wild triploid lacquer tree.The stems from new sprout of wild triploid lacquer tree were collected as initial explants to screen suitable media components for axillary bud induction,adventitious buds proliferation,root induction and transplanting.,It also discussed the influence of key factors on rooting to provide technical support for the industrialized seedling raising of its elite variety and further promotion.
