摘　　要：床旁肺部超声可以在床边就看到肺部的情况,在重症监护中的应用越来越多。就患者发生肺炎后应用床旁超声进行检查的进展情况进行综述,旨在为临床提供可靠、简便、可动态观察、零辐射的诊断手段提供依据,在一定程度上代替床旁X线及CT检查。Lung ultrasound,which allows a bedside visualization of the lungs,is increasingly used in critical care.This article describes the progress of ultrasonic detection in severe patients with pneumonia,in order to emphasize that the method of this new discipline is simple.And it is expected that this study can provide a reliable,simple,dynamic observation and free radiation diagnostic means for clinic,and replace bedside X-ray and CT examination to a certain extent.
