摘　　要：近年来,人工智能(AI)技术的飞速发展使得AI生成内容(AIGC)技术得到了极大的提升,其中最为著名的是Open AI研发的ChatGPT模型。ChatGPT模型在智能问答、分类、摘要、翻译、综述等的成功应用,引发了学术期刊界的广泛热议,给我们带来了机遇和挑战:一方面,AI使学术论文在写作、编辑、生产、出版、传播、知识服务方面受益匪浅;另一方面,学界也面临着AI应用伴生的困惑,诸如作者贡献、论文造假、论文抄袭、版权保护和隐私保护等方面的问题。对此,笔者认为,学术期刊出版行业需要保持乐观态度,迎接AIGC时代的到来,深入探究AIGC技术的优势和局限性,成为AIGC技术的主宰者,加强对AIGC技术的监督和管理,建立相应的规范和标准,确保AI在学术期刊出版中的合法合规使用;并结合自身实际情况制订出个性化应用方案,以利用其优势,提高论文的质量和可读性,扩大论文的传播力,提升知识服务的广度和深度的同时注意避免其局限性和可能带来的问题。The recent artificial itelligence(AI)technology has gr eatly improved the technology of AI-generated content(AIGO),among which the most famous is the ChatGPT model developed by OpenAl.The successful ap plications of the ChatGPT model in intelligent ques tions and answers,classification,abstract,translation,and reviews have attracted wides pread attention in the academic journal industry,bringing opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,AI has greatly benefited researchers in writing,editing,producing,publishing,communicating,and knowledge serving.On the other hand,acad emia also faces difficulties accompanying Al applications,such as author contributions,academic fraud,plagiarism,and privacy protection.Therefore,the publishing industry of academic journal needs to embrace the AIGC era,explore the advantages of AIGC technology,strengthen the supervision and management of AIGC technology,establish corresponding standards and guidelines,and ensure the legal and compliant use of Al in academic journal publishing.In addition,the academic journal publishing industry should formulate personalized application plans in accordance with the reality by taking advantage of AIGC technology to improve the quality and readability of academic papers in order to foster communication eficiency,enhance the breadth and depth of knowledge service as well as avoid its limitations and potential problems.
