摘 要:针对既有区域物流评价模式大多侧重于静态、存在稳健性不足的缺陷,提出能够反映权重动态变化且适用于区域物流动态发展特征的偏序评价方法。在研究单层指标偏序评价模型的基础上,推导两层指标的偏序表达形式,研究两层指标下,二级指标权重的语义全排列方式,进而明确应用两层指标的偏序方法评价区域物流的方法和计算步骤。应用两层指标的偏序评价模型评价安徽省区域物流的发展水平,研究结果表明,安徽省16个城市的物流水平被划分为9个梯队,其中,合肥市物流发展水平最强、黄山市最弱,且相互间在需求因素等方面形成较为显著的差异。两层指标的偏序评价模型能够兼顾指标权重的动态性和数据价值,给出的评价结果更客观且稳健性较强。This study proposed a partially ordered set(poset)evaluation method that could reflect the dynamic changes of weights and be suitable for the dynamic development of regional logistics to overcome the defects that most existing regional logistics evaluation models focus on static changes and lack robustness.On the basis of the research on the poset evaluation model of single-level indexes,the poset expression of two-level indexes was derived,and the semantic full arrangement of the weights of secondary indexes under two-level indexes was studied.Then,the method and calculation steps of applying the poset method with two-level indexes to evaluate regional logistics were clarified.This method was applied to evaluate the development level of regional logistics in Anhui Province.The results show that the logistics level of 16 cities in Anhui Province is divided into nine echelons.Among them,Hefei City has the highest level while Huangshan City has the lowest,and there are significant differences in demand factors between them.The poset evaluation model with two-level indexes can take into account the dynamics of index weights and the value of data,and the evaluation results are more objective and robust.
