摘　　要：风险管控和隐患排查是保持铁路安全持续稳定的重要手段。一直以来,我国铁路客运安检采取严格制度,有效确保了行车和旅客人身安全。但随着高速铁路运营范围逐渐扩大,传统铁路安检查危方式逐渐无法适应高速铁路旅客方便快捷的新需求,限制了铁路客运服务质量进一步提升。为此,结合目前高速铁路客运站安检岗位作业流程、安检查危设备配备等现状,从作业、管理、设备、旅客4个层面分析铁路安检工作中的典型问题,并结合我国铁路实际情况提出6个方面优化建议,在确保安检工作质量的同时进一步提升旅客进站效率,优化旅客服务体验,对构建舒适便捷的铁路客运服务体系提供借鉴与支撑。Risk management and hidden danger investigation are important means to maintain the sustainable stability of railway safety.For a long time,China’s railway passenger security inspection has adopted a strict system,effectively ensuring the safety of train operation and passengers.However,as the high speed railway operation scope expands,the traditional railway security inspection methods are gradually unable to meet the new demand of high speed railway passengers for convenience and efficiency,which limits the further improvement of railway passenger transport service quality.Therefore,in this paper,the current status of the operation process of security inspection posts in high speed railway stations and the equipment for danger investigation was studied,and typical problems in railway security inspection were pointed out from four levels of operation,management,equipment,and passenger.In addition,optimization countermeasures were proposed from six aspects based on the actual situation of China’s railways,so as to further improve the efficiency of passengers entering the station while ensuring the quality of security inspection and optimize passenger experience about the service.Therefore,the paper can provide support for building a comfortable and convenient railway passenger transport service system.
