跨境电商物流困境及对策建议

摘　　要：随着网络信息时代的到来,电商行业得到飞速发展,为人们的生产生活提供了便利,电商的发展进一步带动了物流的发展,使电商物流区别于传统物流而存在于物流行业之中。现阶段,跨境电商物流在我国物流行业中处于重要地位,比较特殊,但是其目前发展却面临一些困境,导致消费者购物时的体验、商家效应明显受到影响,如何化解这些困境已经成为跨境电商物流亟待解决的问题。因此,文章首先对跨境电商物流采用的模式进行分析;其次对跨境电商物流存在的困境进行分析,目前跨境电商物流的困境主要包括运输成本高、退换货服务未能有效落实、运输信息缺乏实时跟踪、缺乏专业人才以及基础设施不够完善;最后针对上述困境制定相应对策,为跨境电商物流的可持续发展提供支持。With the arrival of the network information age,the e-commerce industry has developed rapidly,providing convenience for people,s production and life.The development of e-commerce has further driven the development of logistics,so that e-commerce logistics is different from traditional logistics and exists in the logistics industry.At present,cross-border e-commerce logistics plays an important role in China,s logistics industry,but it is also relatively special.However,in its current development,it is facing some difficulties,which lead to affecting consumers,shopping experience and merchant effect.How to resolve these difficulties has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this paper firstly analyzes the mode adopted by cross-border e-commerce logistics.Secondly,the existing difficulties of cross-border e-commerce logistics are analyzed.At present,the difficulties of cross-border e-commerce logistics mainly include high transportation cost,ineffective implementation of return and exchange services,lack of real-time tracking of transportation information,lack of professional talents and imperfect infrastructure.Finally,corresponding countermeasures are formulated for the above difficulties,so as to provide support for the sustainable development of cross-border e-commerce logistics.
