摘  要:为研究大倾角煤层走向长壁综采工作面采空区顶板冒落形态与支架稳态控制,通过理论分析、试验研究与现场观测,在厘定走向长壁综采工作面初次来压与周期来压矿压显现规律基础之上,分析耦合效应下的顶板冒落形态的演化机理和支架失稳的典型分区特征。结果表明:沿倾斜自下而上顶板冒落呈非对称的向斜与背斜形态,且冒落与断裂岩块的堆积密实程度逐渐减小,直至采空区上部形成空穴;沿走向采空区下部顶板冒落呈谷峰相间(锯齿)状态;倾向中上部支架受向背斜冒落顶板影响,支架与围岩呈非均匀接触,是支架最易倾倒的部分,且倒架后中上部支架两立柱工作阻力差异最为明显。针对现用支架不具“带压移架”功能,采用“少降快拉”移架的稳态控制方法并指导现场拉架操作,获得良好的支架稳态控制效果,确保了大倾角煤层走向长壁综采工作面的安全高效生产。In order to study the roof caving form of gob in longwall fully mechanized working face with steeply dipping coal seam and the steady state control of shield powered support,the evolution mechanism of roof caving morphology under coupling effect and the typical zoning characteristics of supports instability are analyzed,through theoretical analysis,experimental research and field observation,based on the mine pressure behavior of first weighting and periodic weighting of longwall fully mechanized mining face.The results show that the roof caving along the inclined bottom-up is asymmetric syncline and anticline,and the density degree of caving and fractured rock accumulation decreases gradually until the void is formed in the upper part of the gob.The roof caving in lower part of gob along strike presents peaks and valleys alternate state(jagged).The support in the middle and upper part of the inclined inclination is affected by the roof falling of the anticline,and the support is in non-uniform contact with the surrounding rock,which is the most easily toppled part of the support,and the working resistance difference between the two columns of the middle and upper support is the most obvious after the support is toppled.In view of the fact that the existing supports do not have the function of“moving shields with pressure”,the steady-state control method of“less drop and fast pull”is proposed,and the field operation of pulling supports is guided.Excellent steady-state control effect of supports is obtained,which ensures the safe and efficient production of longwall fully mechanized mining face with steeply dipping coal seam.
