摘  要:近距离交叉工作面巷道分别位于上部煤层遗留煤柱和采空区下,其矿压显现特征与近距离煤层平行工作面布置有较大差异。三道沟煤矿2^(-2)与3号煤层层间距较小,且受无煤区等地质条件限制上下煤层工作面呈交叉布置。采用现场实测、理论分析和数值模拟的方法,对遗留煤柱和采空区下巷道矿压显现特征进行研究,确定受遗留煤柱集中力作用时下煤层区段煤柱优化尺寸。结果表明:3号煤层留设20 m区段煤柱条件下不同位置巷道稳定性均较好,巷道受遗留煤柱集中应力影响矿压显现比采空区下更为明显;考虑近距离煤层开采集中应力传递特征,提出近距离煤层开采影响系数α,遗留煤柱和采空区影响系数分别为1.22和0.62,确定遗留煤柱下区段煤柱最小宽度为12.82 m;留设8 m煤柱时应力呈单峰分布,煤柱整体塑性破坏,12~20 m煤柱宽度时应力呈双峰分布,煤柱中部存在约5~15 m弹性区,煤柱仍具有较高承载性能。确定近距离开采下煤层区段煤柱优化宽度为13 m并在地质条件相同的30102工作面进行验证,巷道稳定性较好。The roadways of the close-distance intersecting working face are located under the coal pillars left by the upper coal seam and the goaf,respectively.The characteristics of the mine pressure are quite different from those of the parallel working face of the close-distance coal seam.The spacing between 2^(-2)and 3^(#) coal seams in Sandaogou Coal Mine is small,and the working surfaces of upper and lower coal seams are cross-arranged due to the geological conditions such as no coal area.The characteristics of mine pressure of roadway under residual coal pillar and goaf were examined by means of field measurement,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The optimal size of coal pillar in lower coal seam section under the concentrated force of residual coal pillar was determined.The results show that under the condition of 20 m section coal pillar in 3^(#) coal seam,the stability of the roadway at different positions is strong,and the strata behavior of roadways affected by the concentrated stress of the residual coal pillar is more obvious than that under the goaf.Considering the transfer characteristics of concentrated stress in close distance multi-seam mining,the influence coefficientαof multi-seam mining was proposed,and the influence coefficients of remaining coal pillar and goaf were 1.22 and 0.62 respectively.The minimum width of section coal pillar under the residual coal pillar was determined to be 12.82 m.When the width of section coal pillar is 8 m,the stress is unimodal distribution,and the whole coal pillar is a plastic failure.When the width of coal pillar is 12~20 m,the stress is bimodal distribution.There is about 5~15 m elastic zone in the middle of coal pillar,and the coal pillar still has high bearing capacity.It is determined that the optimal width of coal pillar in 3^(#) coal seam is 13 m and verified in 30102 working face with the same geological conditions,and the roadway stability is good.
