摘　　要：京族是中国唯一的海洋渔业民族。唯一性、民族性、海洋性和脆弱性是京族文化的基本特征。文化传播是文化保护与发展的重要组成部分,也是文化再生产的重要环节。从拉斯韦尔5W模式的视角去重新审视京族文化网络传播的现状,发现其存在传播内容过于分散且同质化严重、抄袭现象明显、传播技术手段单一和忽视研究受众对文化的认知效果等问题。从碎片化传播到镜片化传播的转换,需要建立一个稳定、权威且专业的京族文化网络传播平台。此外,着力培养京族民间文化产业管理人才队伍,是提升京族文化网络传播的广度和深度的一个重要途径。Jing nationality is the marine nationality in China.Uniqueness,nationality,maritimity and fragility are the basic characteristics of Jing Nationality Culture.Culture diffusion is an important part of culture conservation and development,and also an important link of culture reproduction.When re-examining the current situation of Jing nationality culture's network dissemination from the perspective of Harold Lasswell's 5W Mode,we can find that the contents of dissemination are very scattered and homogeneous,the phenomenons of plagiarism are obvious,the means of communication technology are single,and the research on audience's cognitive effect on culture is ignored.The transformation from Fragmentation Dissemination to Lens Dissemination requires the establishment of a stable,authoritative and professional network dissemination platform for the Jing nationality culture.In addition,it is helpful to widen the scope and depth of Jing nationality's culture network dissemination to train the management professionals of folk culture industry.
