摘　　要：孙丽平教授认为,小儿脏腑娇嫩,形气未充,易受六淫内袭而致脏腑气血功能失调,出现一系列肌表的病理改变,采用辨症与辨证相结合的理念,运用芍药甘草汤加味进行治疗。皮疹、瘙痒责之于风,治以疏散外风;红肿、疼痛责之于热,治以清热解毒;流脓、渗液责之于湿,治以清热利湿;干燥、脱屑责之于阴津气血亏虚,治以滋阴养血。附案例1则,以资验证。Professor SUN Liping believes that children are"delicate in their internal organs and not yet fully developed",and are susceptible to a series of skin pathological changes caused by the dysfunction of internal organs and qi and blood due to the internal attack of the six molestations.Using the concept of symptom differentiation combined with dialectical thought,we applied modified Shaoyao Gancao Tang(芍药甘草汤)to treat the rash and itching caused by wind,so the treatment is to disperse the external wind;the redness and pain caused by heat,so the treatment is to clear heat and detoxify;the pus and oozing caused by dampness,so the treatment is to clear heat and relieve dampness;the dryness and flaking are due to deficiency of yin,fluid,qi and blood,so the treatment is to nourish yin and blood.One case is presented for verification.
