郭素香教授运用消风散加减治疗小儿湿疹经验

摘　　要：郭素香教授认为湿疹患儿宿有伏风,外感风邪,又兼脾胃积滞,滞而化热,内酿湿邪,内外风邪裹挟湿热蕴结肌肤,发为湿疹。病程迁延,血分耗伤,肌肤失养,渐成血虚风燥。临床辨证分为脾胃积滞证、湿热蕴肤证和血虚风燥证,治疗以和血健脾、祛风止痒为要,随证佐以息风止痒法、健脾导滞法、资脾和血法、运脾安神法、引经法等。方予消风散加减,配伍精确,疗效显著。附案例1则,以资验证。Professor GUO Suxiang believes that children with eczema often suffer from latent wind,exogenous wind pathogens,and stagnation of the spleen and stomach,which leads to heat transfer,internal generation of dampness pathogens,and internal and external wind pathogens that entrap dampness and heat in the skin,resulting in eczema.The course of the disease is prolonged,with over-consumption of blood,nourishment loss in the skin,and gradually blood deficiency and wind dryness are caused.Therefore,the etiology and pathogenesis are stagnation of the spleen and stomach,and rheumatism and heat are accumulated in the skin.The disease can be divided into spleen and stomach stagnation,dampness and heat accumulated in the skin,blood deficiency and wind dryness.The treatment focuses on harmonizing blood to strengthen the spleen,dispelling wind and relieving itching,and is accompanied by strengthening and nourishing the spleen and blood,invigorating the spleen and calming the nerves.Modifie Xiaofeng San is effective in dealing with the syndrome of wind,heat,blood,dampness,dryness and deficiency.One case is presented for verification.
