易蔚教授运用龙脷平喘汤治疗小儿哮喘发作期的临证经验

摘　　要：易蔚教授根据多年临床实践,并结合广西地域、气候条件及小儿体质特点,认为小儿哮喘发作期以邪实为主,病因病机与风、寒、火、痰、瘀密切相关。根据“急则治其标”的原则,易教授强调治以祛邪为要,故祛风散寒、清热化痰、活血化瘀法应贯穿治疗始终,龙脷平喘汤为其最具代表性的经验方之一。龙脷平喘汤散寒清热、降气平喘、化痰通络,遣方用药具有“肺鼻同治”“痰瘀共治,虫类增效”“药食同源,改良剂型”“三因制宜,辨体施治”的治法特色,临床疗效斐然。附案例1则,以资验证。Based on years of clinical practice and consideration of local geography,climate conditions,and the characteristics of children's constitution,professor YI Wei believes that during the acute attacks of childhood asthma,the pathogenic factors are mainly due to the presence of pathogenic factors with the disease mechanism closely related to wind,cold,fire,phlegm,and blood stasis.Following the principle of"treat the symptoms when it is acute",professor YI emphasizes that expelling pathogenic factors is the key to treatment.Therefore,the methods of dispelling wind and dispersing cold,clearing heat and transforming phlegm,and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis should be applied throughout the treatment.Longli Pingchuan Tang(龙平喘汤)is one of the most representative empirical formulas used in her treatment.lt can disperse cold and clear heat,relieve asthma,transform phlegm,and promote blood circulation.The prescription has unique features such as treating both lung and nose simultaneously,treating phlegm and blood stasis together,enhancing the efficacy of insecticides,using food and medicine of the same origin,improving the formulation,and individualized treatment.The clinical efficacy is remarkable.One Case is presented for verification.
