摘　　要：目的 采用德尔菲法进行问卷调查,形成《儿童流行性感冒中医诊疗指南》初稿。方法 在前期文献研究的基础上制订《儿童流行性感冒中医诊疗指南专家问卷调查表》,采用德尔菲法对来自全国19个省、市、自治区的44位专家进行共3轮的问卷调查,回收专家问卷后进行统计分析。结果 3轮问卷调查分别发出44份、44份、39份,收回有效问卷分别为44份、39份、36份,专家积极系数分别为100.0%、88.6%、92.3%。经过3轮问卷后,专家对指南的定义、诊断、辨证、治疗、预防及调护的集中程度与协调程度均较高,均数(X)值介于1.22~2.00,等级和(S)值介于44~72,不重要百分比(R)值介于0~25.00%,变异系数(CV)值介于0~0.681。结论 参与的专家分布地区广,具有代表性,且积极性较高。通过德尔菲法问卷调查,《儿童流行性感冒中医诊疗指南》涉及的内容客观地反映了专家的基本思想,结果真实可信,为指南的制订提供了支持。Objective To form the first draft of Chinese Medicine Treatment Guidelines for Children's Influenza by using the Delphi to conduct a questionnaire survey.Methods On the basis of the preliminary literature study,the"Expert Questionnaire for Children's Influenza Treatment Guidelines"was developed,and a total of 44 experts from 19 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions were surveyed in three rounds using the Delphi,and the questionnaires were collected and statistically analyzed.Results 44,44 and 39 questionnaires were sent out in the three rounds,and 44,39 and 36 valid questionnaires were returned,with positive coefficients of 100.0%,88.6%and 92.3%respectively.After three rounds of questionnaires,the degree of concentration and coordination of experts on the definition,diagnosis,identification,treatment,prevention and regulation of the guidelines were high,with values ranging from 1.22 to 2.00,S values ranging from 44 to 72,R values ranging from 0 to 25.00%,and CV values ranging from O to O.681.Conclusion The participating experts were widely distributed in the region,representative,and highly motivated.Through the Delphi questionnaire,the contents involved in the Chinese Medicine Treatment Guidelines for Children's Influenza reflected the basic ideas of experts objectively,and the results were true and credible,which provided support for the development of the guidelines.
