摘　　要：从工业场合HDMI信源矩阵切换的需求出发,结合HDMI矩阵切换的功能,分析由P LC简单控制HDMI切换器,实现多视频信源矩阵切换的硬件搭建、结构体创建、软件流程的方法,利用PLC软件程序实现HDMI矩阵切换控制,以增强系统的稳定性,增加冻结功能,避免系统过分频繁切换。通过实际测试,在实际项目上成功稳定运行,为工业环境中多对多或者一对多的视频切换控制提供简便的方法及新的选择。Starting from the demand for HDMI source matrix switching in industrial settings,combined with the functions of HDMI matrix switching,the simple control of HDMI switchers by PLC to achieve hardware construction,structure creation and software processes of multiple video source matrix switching is analyzed.The PLC software programs are used to achieve HDMI matrix switching control,which enhances the stability of the system and adds the freeze function to avoid excessively frequent switching of the system.Finally,through practical test,it has successfully and stably run on actual projects,providing an easy method and a new option for the control of many-to-many or oneto-many video switching in industrial environments.
