摘  要:为提高平头塔式起重机平衡臂耳板的承载能力,改善其受力状况,在对耳板进行受力分析的基础上,确定与该机实际作业工况相符合的拉杆拉力与耳板轴线的夹角,以及平衡臂与拉杆的夹角,并在此基础上,对耳板进行强度计算,同时应用ANSYS对耳板进行有限元分析,得到耳板的应力分布规律,并对原耳板进行结构优化和设计。经理论计算,优化后的耳板整体强度满足要求,受力分布均匀,受力状态得到改善。In order to enhance the load-bearing capacity of the counter-jib lug of the flattop tower crane and improve its stress condition,on the basis of the stress analysis of the lug,the tension of the tie rod,the position of the lug axis and the angle between the counter-jib and the tie rod are determined in line with the actual operating conditions of the crane.On this basis,the strength of the lug is calculated,and ANSYS is applied for finite element analysis of the lug to obtain the stress distribution law of the lug,and the structure optimization and design of the original lug are carried out.After theoretical calculation,the overall strength of the optimized lug meets the requirements,the stress distribution is uniform,and the stress state is improved.
