摘 要:基于目前塔机独立高度进一步提升,建筑物距离塔机中心远,对塔式起重机附着杆长度、稳定性要求高的现状,综合考虑塔机悬臂长度、负荷条件、附着距离、附着杆方位等关键因素,基于钢结构学、材料力学等力学理论,结合风荷载的作用因素,给出一般性的受力分析模型,计算出三杆式布置的各杆内力。根据附着杆的力学理论以及工程算例,得出影响附着杆稳定的因素有:附着杆的截面形状、长细比和缀条安装角度等,通过对超长等截面附着杆进行刚度、强度、整体稳定性的计算,验证了力学分析的正确性。Based on the current situation that the independent height of the tower crane is further raised,the building is far from the center of the tower crane,and the requirements for the length and stability of the attachment rod of the tower crane are increasing,the key factors such as the length of the tower crane cantilever,load condition,attachment distance and attachment rod orientation are taken into account,and combined with the action factors of wind load,a general force analysis model is given based on the mechanical theories such as theory of steel structures and mechanics of materials to calculate the internal force of each rod of the three-rod attachment rod.According to the mechanical theory of the attachment rod and engineering calculation examples,it is concluded that the factors affecting the stability of the attachment rod include the cross-sectional shape,the slenderness ratio and the stay rod installation angle of the attachment rod,etc.By calculating the stiffness,strength and overall stability of the super-long equal-section type attachment rod,the correctness of the mechanical analysis is verified.
