滚塑液压油箱在工程机械上的应用研究

摘　　要：通过对比滚塑液压油箱和金属焊接液压油箱在重量、造型、耐腐蚀性、密封性、经济性、工艺性及油箱附件安装等方面的不同,提出了滚塑液压油箱在工程机械产品上应用的注意事项,包括安装、油箱造型、液压系统散热、油箱内镶件力矩控制等方面,可为滚塑液压油箱在工程机械产品上的应用提供经验参考。By comparing the differences between rotational molded hydraulic oil tanks and metal welded hydraulic oil tanks in terms of weight,shape,corrosion resistance,sealing,economy,technology and oil tank accessory installation,the considerations for the application of rotational molded hydraulic oil tanks in construction machinery are proposed,including installation,oil tank shape,heat dissipation of hydraulic system and torque control of oil tank inserts,which can provide experience and reference for the application of rotational molded hydraulic oil tanks in construction machinery.
