摘　　要：给出百吨级纯电交流传动矿用自卸车PDU动力电池高压控制柜的系统图,根据高压控制柜的系统原理,分析继电器粘连故障检测的方法,研究系统高压上下电的继电器控制逻辑。The system diagram of the high-voltage control cabinet for the PDU traction battery of a 100-t pure electric AC driven dumper is given.According to the system principle of the high-voltage control cabinet,the method for detecting the relay welding fault is analyzed,and the control logic of the relay for high-voltage poweron and power-off of the system is studied.
