摘 要:随着我国绿色环保理念的不断深化和发展,在塑料工业发展绿色、环保、高效、低碳的要求越来越高,这些绿色环保理念已成为塑料工业加工成型机械技术创新改革的重要理论性指导和参考。在我国塑料机械加工技术不断发展创新的过程中,实现了轻量化、小体积生产,可以说我国的塑料加工生产开始朝着环保、低耗、高效的方向发展。文章从塑化运输新技术、塑料加工生产中的传动和驱动工作新技术、塑料熔体泵新技术、膜内层压新技术等方面对塑料加工成型机械的新型技术进行了详细分析探讨。With the continuous deepening and development of China's green environmental protection concept,in the development of plastic industry,green,environmental protection,high efficiency,low carbon requirements are more and more high,and these green environmental protection concepts have become an important theoretical guidance and reference for the innovation and reform of plastic industry processing and molding machinery technology.In the process of continuous development and innovation of plastic machinery processing technology in China,lightweight and small volume production has been realized.It can be said that China's plastic processing production began to develop towards the direction of environmental protection,low consumption and high efficiency,and every technological innovation has laid a good foundation for the development of plastic processing and molding machinery technology.In order to detailed analysis of plastic processing molding machinery new technology,this paper from the new technology of plastic transport,plastic processing production of transmission and drive work new technology,new technology of plastic melt pump,membrane laminating technology of plastic processing molding machinery new technology has carried on the detailed analysis.
