摘　　要：对某装置工艺处理模块的热介质循环泵系统进行改造和探索,将原来的传统离心泵改造为磁力泵,将原来直接启动改造为软起动器启动的方式,解决了热介质循环泵系统故障频发对安全生产造成的隐患。通过新技术的应用,实现了热介质循环泵在设计参数下稳定运行,取得了可观的综合效益。In this paper,through the transformation and exploration of the thermal medium circulating pump system of the process processing module of a device,the original traditional centrifugal pump is transformed into a magnetic pump,and the original direct start is transformed into a soft starter start mode.Finally,the hidden danger caused by the frequent failure of the thermal medium circulating pump system to safety production is completely solved。Through the application of the new technology,the stable operation of the thermal medium circulating pump under the design parameters is realized,and considerable comprehensive benefits are obtained.
