摘  要:根据工业企业需求,要设计高参数、高转速、高功率的工业汽轮机,因此基于涡轮热力学的基本原理,制定了一种新型的反应式工业汽轮机设计方案。以汽轮机强度理论为理论基础,对汽轮机直叶片的应力进行了较为精细的计算,并对调节级叶片和末级扭叶片的应力采用有限元方法进行了详细分析;基于转子动力学理论分析4种不同振动模式下汽轮机转子的不平衡响应振动情况,采用动平衡机进行转子的高速动平衡试验。实验结果显示:汽轮机的功率、转速均符合用户的需求,叶片应力在允许范围之内,叶片强度达到设计指标,转子临界速度符合相关要求,转子振动幅度控制在25μm之内,达到了系统的设计要求,该方案满足合成气压缩机的驱动需求,可应用于同类工程。According to the needs of industrial enterprises,industrial steam turbines with high parameters,high speed and high power should be designed;Based on the basic principle of turbine thermodynamics,a new design scheme of reactive industrial steam turbine is developed in this paper.Based on the strength theory of steam turbine,the stress of straight blade of steam turbine is calculated in detail,and the stress of regulating stage blade and last stage twisted blade is analyzed in detail by finite element method;Based on the theory of rotor dynamics,the unbalance response vibration of steam turbine rotor under four different vibration modes is analyzed,and the high-speed dynamic balancing test of rotor is carried out with a dynamic balancing machine.The experimental results show that the power and speed of the steam turbine meet the user's requirements,the blade stress is within the allowable range,the blade strength reaches the design index,the critical speed of the rotor meets the relevant requirements,and the rotor vibration amplitude is controlled at 25μWithin m,it meets the design requirements of the system.The scheme meets the driving requirements of the synthetic gas compressor and can be applied to similar projects.
