摘 要:设备状态检修是水电厂电力系统安全稳定运行的重要保障,传统二次设备检修时,主要是采用人工方式统计不同时间节点的设备运行数据,进而判断二次设备的潜在故障隐患,检修过程中,常会出现二次设备检修过量或不足的问题。科技创新发展背景下,水电厂可依托计算机技术、结合自动化技术,打造智能化、自动化的二次设备状态检修系统,实现高质量、高效率的二次设备状态检修,能够提高水电厂电气设备安全运行保障能力。文章阐述了基于水电厂自动化技术的电气二次设备状态检修系统结构组成,分析了此系统的技术应用路径,并提出了基于水电厂自动技术的电气二次设备状态检修策略,旨在通过二次设备科学与及时检修提升水电厂生产管理的规范性。Condition-based maintenance of equipment is an important guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the power system of hydropower plants.The traditional secondary equipment maintenance method is based on time and adopts manual data statistics,which often leads to excessive or insufficient secondary equipment maintenance.Under the background of scientific and technological innovation and development,hydropower plants can rely on computer technology,combined with automation technology,to create an intelligent and automatic condition-based maintenance system for secondary equipment,to achieve high-quality and efficient condition-based maintenance of secondary equipment,and to improve the ability to ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment in hydropower plants.Based on this,the paper expounds the structure of the condition-based maintenance system of electrical secondary equipment based on the automation technology of hydropower plants,analyzes the technical application path of this system,and puts forward the condition-based maintenance strategy of electrical secondary electrical equipment based on the automation technology of hydropower plants,aiming at improving the standardization of production management of hydropower plants through scientific and timely maintenance of secondary equipment.
