老旧社区公共空间触媒策略研究

摘　　要：现今,老旧社区公共空间满足不了社会发展和居民生活的需要,但老旧社区又不适宜大拆大建,而作为小尺度更新方式的城市触媒,却符合城市发展的需要。文章以城市触媒理论为基础,分析老旧社区公共空间现存问题和触媒特征,着力改善老旧社区公共空间功能缺失与退化、空间衰败、交通混乱、公共设施落后、文脉单一等问题,提出以触媒要素推动、空间载体活化、区域网络调控的触媒更新策略,激发老旧社区公共空间活力再生,为城市可持续发展提供思路。Nowadays,the public space in the old community cannot meet the needs of social development and residents'life,but the old community is not suitable for large-scale demolition and reconstruction.As an urban catalyst for small-scale renewal,it meets the needs of urban development.Based on the theory of urban catalysts,this article analyzes the existing problems and catalyst characteristics of old community public space,and strives to improve the problems of old community public space function loss and degradation,space decay,traffic chaos,backward public facilities,single context,etc.,and puts forward the following Catalyst element promotion,space carrier activation,and regional network regulation are catalyst renewal strategies to stimulate the regeneration of public space in old communities and provide ideas for sustainable urban development.
