浅谈生地黄、木通在导赤散中的核心地位

摘　　要：导赤散在临床上主要用于治疗心经火热证,生地黄和木通作为其核心药物有着极其重要的地位。现从导赤散的配伍理论、中医文献、临床应用及现代药理研究四方面进行疏理、分析,认为生地黄与木通是导赤散中不可或缺的重要组成部分,为导赤散的核心配伍。Daochi Powder is mainly used to treat heart meridian fire syndrome clinically,and Radix Rehmanniae and Akebia play an extremely important role as its core drugs.Based on the analysis of compatibility theory,TCM literature,clinical application and modern pharmacological research of Daochi Powder,this paper holds that Radix Rehmanniae and Akebia are indispensable and important components of Daochi Powder and the core compatibility of Daochi Powder.
