益肾蠲痹丸治疗类风湿关节炎的免疫学视角分析

摘　　要：“八纲辨证”“法随证立”“方从法出”是益肾蠲痹丸治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的理论基石,但辨证缺乏量化标准,也造成该方疗效欠佳的治疗现状,故进一步明确RA寒热证候分类的生物学基础是提高益肾蠲痹丸临床疗效的重要举措。相关机制研究提示靶向免疫CD4^(+)T细胞能量代谢状态调控其亚群分化及功能可成为益肾蠲痹丸“精准治疗”寒证RA的新思路,其中机制有待进一步探索。"Eight Principal Syndromes,therapy following syndrome,prescription from therapy"is the theoretical basis of Yishen Juanbi Pills in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).However,there is a certain subjectivity in syndrome differentiation and the lack of quantitative standard,which also leads to the current situation of poor curative effect of this prescription.Therefore,to further clarify the biological basis of the classification of cold and heat syndrome of RA is an important measure to improve the clinical efficacy of Yishen Juanbi Pills.The related mechanism studies suggest that the targeted immune CD4^(+)T cell energy metabolism state to regulate its subgroup differentiation and function may become a new idea of"precise treatment"of cold syndrome RA with Yishen Juanbi Pills,and the mechanism needs to be further explored.
