摘　　要：万小明治疗原发性骨质疏松症特色鲜明,并且提出“脾肾阳虚”为原发性骨质疏松症的重要病机之一,遵循“辨证论治”的原则,善用“温补脾肾”的理念,强调温补脾肾之阳以濡养骨骼,充分发挥了中医药在骨质疏松症治疗中治病求本的优势。WAN Xiao-ming has distinctive characteristics in the treatment of primary osteoporosis.He proposed that"spleen and kidney yang deficiency"is one of the important pathogenesis of primary osteoporosis,He followed the principle of"differentiation and treatment",and made good use of"warming the spleen and kidney"to warm and nourish the spleen Kidney Yang for nourishing the bones.and gives full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis.
