摘　　要：周士源认为绒毛膜下血肿病机以冲任损伤为本,胞宫瘀阻为标。以“离经之血便是瘀”为立论点,从“瘀”论治,在调补冲任的基础上选配活血化瘀药进行治疗,随症灵活加减,取得良好的临床效果。ZHOU Shi-yuan believes that the subchorionic hematoma is based on the blunt damage and the cytostasis.It made the argument of"alienated blood is blood stasis",from the treatment of"blood stasis",selected the medicine of blood circulation and blood stasis on the basis of treatment,flexible and reduced with the disease,and achieved good clinical effect.
