摘 要:矿用电磁先导阀是液压支架电液系统实现高精度、自动化控制的重要元件。为提高其动态响应性能,降低能耗损失,结合数学模型提出一种采用四电压源的自适应电流驱动控制策略,并搭建了Maxwell+AMESim联合仿真模型验证数学模型的正确性;通过仿真试验分析其响应特性、能耗特性、占空比特性。结果显示:自适应电流驱动控制策略相比单电压驱动总启闭时间减少了22.6 ms,响应性能提高22.5%,可控占空比提升5.7%,功率损耗减少34.6%,有效提高了先导阀响应性能、降低了能耗。Mine-used solenoid pilot valve is an important component of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic system to achieve high precision and automation control.In order to improve its dynamic response performance and reduce energy loss,an adaptive current drive control strategy using four voltage sources was proposed based on the mathematical model,and a Maxwell+AMESim co-simulation model was built to verify the correctness of the mathematical model.Its response characteristics,energy consumption characteristics and duty cycle characteristics were analyzed through simulation.The results show that the total opening and closing time of the adaptive current drive control strategy is reduced by 22.6 ms compared with the single voltage drive,the response performance is improved by 22.5%,the controllable duty ratio is improved by 5.7%,and the power loss is reduced by 34.6%,which effectively improves the response performance of the pilot valve and reduces the energy loss.
