摘 要:为了减小某炮在射击过程中的受力,依据火炮相关要求,设计一种沟槽式制退机并给出其主要结构尺寸及流液孔面积的计算方法,在满足使用要求的前提下,为使火炮总体布局更加紧凑,以减小制退机的径向尺寸为优化目标,兼顾制退液温升与密封装置的可靠性,基于ISIGHT平台,结合智能优化算法进行寻优计算。结果表明:优化后的制退机各部件径向尺寸均有所减小,在降低后坐力的同时减轻了全炮质量。In order to reduce the force of a gun during firing,according to the relevant requirements of the gun,a groove type retreat machine and its main structure size and discharge hole area calculation method were designed.On the premise of meeting the use requirement,in order to make the artillery general layout more compacted,with the optimization goal of reducing the radial size of retreat machine,and the reliability of fluid temperature rise and the sealing device,based on ISIGHT platform,combined with the intelligent optimization algorithm,the optimization calculation was carried out.The results show that the radial dimensions of each component of the optimized retreat machine are reduced,and the weight of the gun is reduced while reducing the recoil force.
