摘 要:为较为准确地评估航空发动机液压管路的疲劳寿命,提出一种疲劳寿命预测模型。该模型重点计算一个循环周期内载荷对液压管路造成的损伤,在此基础上,建立液压管路危险点处的应力与疲劳寿命之间的解析关系式。将该模型用于某型航空发动机外部液压管路疲劳寿命的计算,并将该理论计算结果与有限元仿真结果进行对比,验证了该疲劳寿命预测模型的有效性。In order to more accurately assess the fatigue life of aero-engine hydraulic pipelines,a fatigue life prediction model was proposed.This model focused on calculating the damage to the hydraulic pipeline caused by the load in a cycle.On this basis,the analytical relationship between the stress at the dangerous point and the fatigue life of the hydraulic pipeline was established.The model was used to calculate the fatigue life of a certain type of aero-engine external hydraulic pipeline,and the theoretical calculation results were compared with the finite element simulation results.Thereby the effectiveness of the fatigue life prediction model is verified.
