摘　　要：基于中国区域间非竞争型投入产出表,利用投入产出模型,构建双循环“四分法”测度模型,测度京津冀地区参与国内国际双循环的程度及不同类型循环的结构。研究发现,京津冀地区主要是河北参与国际循环程度不够,且三地之间未形成较好的区域经济循环。进一步分析发现,产业结构不合理以及沿海地区没有形成具有辐射范围的经济带限制了河北将区位、要素优势转变为参与国内国际循环的依托。河北更好地参与双循环发展应从区域统筹规划、产业转型、充分发挥潜在优势等方面发力。We propose the"quartering method"of domestic and international double cycles at the regional level,and based on the non-competitive input-output table among regions in China,using the input-output model to build a specific measurement method.Based on this method,this paper measures the extent of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region's participation in domestic and international double cycles and the structure of different types of cycles.The study found that Hebei was not enough to participate in the international cycle,and there was no good regional economic cycle among the three regions.Further analysis shows that the irrational industrial structure and the absence of an"economic belt"with radiation scope in coastal areas limit Hebei's ability to transform its regional and element advantages into an important support for participating in domestic and international circulation.Finally,it provides policy suggestions for Hebei province to better participate in the dual cycle development from the aspects of regional overall planning,industrial transformation,and giving full play to potential advantages.
