摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法成功合成了不同Ho质量浓度掺杂的BH_(x)FO (x=0,0.03,0.05,0.10)纳米颗粒,研究了其结构和磁性的变化.X射线衍射结果表明,菱形结构的BH_(x)FO纳米颗粒随着Ho掺杂质量浓度的增加,结构会逐渐发生畸变,并伴随着明显的晶格扭曲.扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜图像显示,随着Ho掺杂质量浓度的增加,晶粒均匀度增加,晶粒尺寸减小.此外,磁滞回线结果表明,所有Ho掺杂样品的饱和磁化强度(M_(s))和剩余磁化强度(M_(r))都得到了不同程度的改善,磁性最佳的样品为BH_(0.10)FO,其M_(s)和M_(r)分别达到1.162 A·m^(2)/kg和0.086 A·m^(2)/kg.该研究为理解Ho掺杂BFO纳米颗粒的结构变化和可调铁磁性提供了一定的科学基础.BH_(x) FO(x=0,0.03,0.05,0.10)nanoparticles were synthesized using the sol-gel technique,and the changes of their structure and magnetic properties were studied.X-ray diffraction results showed that the rhomboidal structure of BH_(x) FO nanoparticles would be distorted as the increase in Ho ion dopant,accompanied by the significant lattice distortion.SEM and TEM images showed the increased uniformity and grain size reduction with the increasing of Ho doping concentration.Further,M-H loops results showed that the saturation(M_(s))and remanent magnetization(M_(r))of all Ho doped samples had a different enhanced.The optimal results existed in BH_(0.10) FO with the values of M_(s)(1.162 A·m^(2)/kg)and M_(r)(0.086A·m^(2)/kg),respectively.This work provides the deeper understanding for the structural changes and adjustable ferromagnetism of Ho doped BFO nanoparticles.
