摘　　要：库欣综合征患者的高皮质醇血症易引起免疫抑制,使其发生机会性感染的风险增加。然而,大多数合并感染的库欣综合征患者由于没有明显感染的临床表现,导致患者的诊断延迟,预后不良,病死率高。目前,国内关于库欣综合征合并机会性感染的报道较少,本文希望通过3例库欣综合征合并严重机会性感染的病例报道及文献回顾,提高临床医生对库欣综合征合并机会性感染的认识和诊治能力。Hypercorticoemia in patients with Cushing’s syndrome causes immunosuppression,which increases the risk of opportunistic infection in patients.However,most patients with Cushing’s syndrome who are co-infected have delayed diagnosis,poor prognosis,and high mortality due to the lack of obvious clinical manifestations of infection.So far,there are few reports of Cushing’s syndrome with opportunistic infections in China.In this paper,we try to improve the understanding,diagnosis,and treatment of Cushing’s syndrome with opportunistic infections through the 3 cases report and a literature review.
