摘　　要：“三个务必”既是马克思主义政党建设的内在要求,也是中国共产党领导国家建设的经验结晶,还是实现中华民族伟大复兴的必然要求。“三个务必”构成一个有机整体。其中,“务必不忘初心、牢记使命”是对共产党人政治立场的要求,强调共产党人要清楚为什么要奋斗以及为谁而奋斗的问题;“务必谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗”是对共产党人工作作风的要求,强调共产党人在实际工作中怎么做以及怎样才能做好的问题;“务必敢于斗争、善于斗争”是对共产党人的意志和能力的要求,强调共产党人在新征程上保持什么样的精神状态以及如何通过伟大斗争推进中国式现代化取得胜利的问题。新时代践行好“三个务必”,需要提升党员自身的素质,增强其践行“三个务必”的现实能力;需要加强组织建设,促进全党践行“三个务必”的步调协调统一;需要加强制度建设,完善践行“三个务必”的制度保障体系。“Three Imperatives”is not only the inherent requirement of the construction of the Marxist political party,but also the crystallization of the experience of the national construction of the Communist Party of China,and the requirement of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The“Three Imperatives”form an organic whole but each has its own focus.Among them,“Never forget the original aspiration and remember the mission”is a requirement for the political stance of Communists.It emphasizes that Communists should be clear in their hearts about why and for whom they are fighting“.Be modest and prudent and work hard”is a requirement for the working style of Communists.It emphasizes how Communists should do and how to do well in practical work“.Be sure to dare to struggle and be good at fighting”is a requirement for the will and ability of the Communists.It emphasizes what kind of integrity the Communists should maintain on the new journey and how to win the great struggle.To practice the“Three Imperatives”in the new era,it is necessary to improve the quality of party members themselves and enhance their practical ability to practice the“Three Imperatives”;It is also necessary to strengthen organizational building and promote the coordinated and unified implementation of the“Three Imperatives”throughout the Party.It is also necessary to strengthen the construction of relevant institutions and build institutional guarantees for the implementation of the“Three Imperatives.”
