摘 要:目的:调查分析社交媒体中整形美容相关3D图像应用的现况及特征,为进一步推广应用该技术提供参考。方法:搜集2011年9月1日-2021年12月31日新浪微博中整形美容相关3D图像应用的内容,对微博数量、用户类型、媒体形式、内容类型及发布目的等进行描述性统计分析,总结其规律和特征。结果:共纳入221条微博,发布最多的用户类型是医生(38.9%);媒体形式以图片(49.8%)和视频(42.1%)为主;模拟前后效果对比(55.6%)和模拟过程展示(33.3%)的内容占多数;发布目的中医生用户以就医者教育(51.2%)及个人宣传(32.5%)为主,而医疗美容机构则集中在商业推广(78.2%),两者目的构成比差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论:社交媒体平台中整形美容相关3D图像应用内容的数量正逐渐增加,且内容向更加专业严谨,形式易于理解的方向发展,3D图像技术在整形美容中应用可通过社交媒体宣传推广。Objective To investigate and analyze the current status and characteristics of plastic surgery-related 3D image applications in social media,and to provide reference for further promotion and application of this technology.Methods The content of plastic and aesthetic related 3D image applications in Sina Weibo from September 2011 to December 2021 was collected,and descriptive statistical analysis was conducted to summarize the patterns and characteristics of the number of microblogs,user types,media forms,content types and posting purposes.Results A total of 221 microblogs were included,and the most published user type was doctors(38.9%);media formats were dominated by images(49.8%)and videos(42.1%);comparing before and after simulation effects(55.6%)and simulation process demonstration(33.3%)contents were the majority;the purpose of publication was patient education(51.2%)and personal promotion(32.5%),the purpose of posting was mainly patient education(51.2%)and personal promotion(32.5%)among physician users,while medical aesthetic organizations focused on commercial promotion(78.2%),there was a significant difference in the proportion of purposes between the two groups(P<0.0001).Conclusion The number of 3D image application content related to plastic surgery in social media platforms is gradually increasing,in the direction of more professional and rigorous content and easy to understand form,and social media can be used to promote the application of 3D image technology in plastic surgery.
