裸花紫珠片结合羟氯喹治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究裸花紫珠片结合羟氯喹治疗红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮的疗效。方法:纳入2019年6月-2021年6月笔者医院收治的109例红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组(55例)和观察组(54例),对照组采取羟氯喹治疗,观察组采取裸花紫珠片联合羟氯喹治疗。观察两组疗效、毛细血管扩张缓解时间、红斑好转时间、皮肤敏感及潮红好转时间,观察患者主客观症状评分、美学效果评分及皮肤红斑指数E值、血清白介素-37(IL-37)水平变化,采用痤疮特异性生活质量问卷(Acne-QoL)评估患者生活质量,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组疗效优于对照组,且患者毛细血管扩张缓解时间、红斑好转时间、皮肤敏感好转时间及皮肤潮红好转时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后主观、客观症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后患者美学效果评分均升高,皮肤红斑指数E值、IL-37水平均降低,观察组改善水平优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Acne-QOL评分均改善,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应均较少,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:红斑毛细血管扩张型玫瑰痤疮患者采用裸花紫珠片结合羟氯喹治疗效果显著,美学效果佳,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effcacy of Luohuazizhu tablets combined with hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of erythema capillary dilated rosacea.Methods In this study,109 patients with erythema telangiectasis rosacea admitted to the author's hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were divided into control group(55 cases)and observation group(54 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with hydroxychloroquine,and the observation group was treated with Luohuazizhu tablets combined with hydroxychloroquine.To observe the curative effect,capillary expansion relief time,sensitive skin erythema turnaround time,turnaround time,skinflush turnaround time,patient subjective symptom scores and objective symptom scores,beauty rating changes and skin erythema index E value change,serum interleukin-37(IL-37)level changes,acne specific quality of life questionnaire(Acne-QoL)score and adverse reactions in the observation and control groups.Results Observation group of patients curative effect was better than the control group after treatment,and patients with capillary expansion relief time,sensitive skin erythema turnaround time,turnaround time and improved skinflush time shorter than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the subjective and objective symptom scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of patients in the control group(P<0.05),the beauty rating in both groups increased,and the skin erythema index E value and IL-37 levels decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing better improvement than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Acne-QoL scores had improved in both groups,with the observation group scoring significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were few adverse reactions in both groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of erythema telangiectasia rosacea with Luohuazizhu tablets in combination with hydroxychloroquine has obvious effcacy,g
