摘 要:集料的碱活性一般分为碱硅性和碱碳性,目前,判定集料碱活性的方法主要有岩相法、快速砂浆棒法、岩石柱法、砂浆长度法、混凝土棱柱体试验法等,其中,岩相法具有快速、检测周期短等优势,根据鉴定其是否含活性矿物,从而为后续集料进一步验证方法提供指导意义。本试验中所用的集料主要为云南保山某公路用料,按照标准《JTG E42-2005公路工程集料试验规程》的要求,对该项目的集料首先采用岩相法碱活性试验,对存在潜在碱活性的集料进一步采用砂浆长度法进行验证。The alkali activity of aggregates is generally divided into alkali-silica and alkali-carbon.At present,the main methods to determine the alkali activity of aggregates are petrographic method,rapid mortar bar method,rock column method,mortar length method,concrete prism testing method,etc.Among which,the lithofacies method has the advantages of fast speed and short detection period.By identifying whether there are active minerals,it can provide guidance for the subsequent verification method of subsequent materials.According to the requirements of the standard"JTG E42-2005 Test Regulations for Aggregates of Highway Engineering",the alkali activity test of the aggregate,mainly used for a highway in Baoshan,Yunnan,was conducted by petrographic method,and the aggregate with potential alkali activity was further verified by mortar length method.
