摘 要:渤海稠油资源丰富,一半以上的探明储量是稠油。经过多年实践,渤海成功建立了蒸汽吞吐、蒸汽驱先导试验区,随着规模化热采的进行,目前面临一些新的问题。总结了渤海稠油资源特点、海上稠油分类、不同类型稠油开发技术现状,重点分析了目前海上稠油热采开发面临的问题与挑战,并提出了相应的技术对策。目前渤海稠油热采面临4个问题:①蒸汽吞吐产能偏低;②大井距水平井蒸汽驱难度大;③薄层边底水稠油油藏热采热损失严重,难以经济有效动用;④普通稠油油藏水驱后仍有大量剩余油富集。针对问题,提出了3项对策:①改进热采设备增加热利用率,通过精细地质油藏研究提高单井产能;②运用热复合化学增效技术提高采收率;③探索超临界多源多元热流体吞吐、火烧及井下热力发生等热采前沿技术,提高薄层边底水储量动用程度。本文研究对推进渤海油田稠油规模化高效开发进程具有重要指导作用。The Bohai sea is rich in heavy oil resources,and half of the reserves are heavy oil.After years of practice,a pilot test area for steam huff and puff and steam flooding was successfully established in Bohai oilfield.With the development of large-scale thermal recovery process,it is currently faced with some new problems.In view of the severe challenges faced by heavy oil development,the characteristics of heavy oil resources,the classification of offshore heavy oil,the development technologies for different types of heavy oil are expounded and summarized in detail,and the corresponding measures and technical development direction are put forward.At present,there are four problems faced in thermal recovery process:Firstly,the production capacity is low in steam huff and puff process.Secondly,it is difficult to implement steam flooding in horizontal wells with large spacing.Thirdly,the thermal recovery heat loss of thin layer heavy oil reservoirs with edge and bottom water is serious,and it is difficult to achieve large-scale economic and effective development.Finally,there is still a large amount of remaining oil after water flooding in ordinary heavy oil reservoirs.In order to solve the problems,the corresponding measures and technical development direction are put forward:Firstly,to increase heat utilization,thermal recovery equipment needs to be improved,and to improve single well productivity,fine geological reservoir research is needed.Secondly,the thermal compound synergistic technology is used to improve offshore heavy oil thermal recovery.Furthermore,in order to improve the reserves produced degree of the thin layer heavy oil reservoirs with edge and bottom water,it is necessary to further explore the frontier technologies such as supercritical multi-source and multivariate thermal fluid huff and puff,fire flooding and downhole thermal generation.This study has a certain guiding role for further promoting the large-scale and efficient development of heavy oil in Bohai oilfield.
