摘 要:防砂筛管冲蚀失效直接影响到海上油气井能否安全高效生产,实时掌控筛管冲蚀程度,预测筛管使用寿命是海上油气井生产安全的重要保障。通过设计管流式冲蚀实验装置,开展了筛网过流单元冲蚀实验,并基于冲蚀经典理论模型,拟合建立了筛管冲蚀速率模型;依据编织型过滤金属网布筛管结构特征,构建了完整结构的筛管外护罩、多层过滤筛网和打孔基管物理模型,应用计算流体力学流固耦合模拟器,研究网布式筛管冲蚀规律,预测生产工况下筛管冲蚀寿命,并进行了实例分析。研究结果表明,筛管冲蚀速率随含砂流体流速呈幂函数关系,随含砂浓度先线性增大后趋于平缓,随含砂粒径增大先增加后降低并趋于纯流体冲蚀速率。本文揭示的筛管冲蚀规律和建立的预测模型可为海上油气田防砂设计和安全生产提供理论依据。The erosion failure of sand control screen is directly related to the safe and efficient production of offshore oil and gas wells.Controlling the erosion degree of the screen in real time and predicting the service life of the screen are important guarantees for the production safety of offshore oil and gas wells.In this paper,a tube flow erosion experimental device is established to carry out the erosion experiment of screen flow unit.Based on the classical erosion theoretical model,the screen erosion rate model is established.According to the structural characteristics of the braided metal mesh screen,the physical models of the outer shield of the screen,the multi-layer filter screen and the perforated base tube are established.By using the fluid structure interaction simulator of computational fluid mechanics,the erosion law of the mesh screen is studied,the screen erosion life under production condition is predicted,and a case study is carried out.The results show that the screen erosion rate has a power function relationship with the flow velocity of sand bearing fluid.With the increase of sand concentration,the screen erosion rate first increases linearly and then tends to be flat.With the increase of sand particle size,the screen erosion rate first increases and then decreases,and tends to the pure fluid erosion rate.The screen erosion law revealed in this paper and the prediction model established provide theoretical basis and guidance for sand control design and safe production of offshore oil and gas fields.
