摘 要:空心杆电加热工艺广泛应用于陆地油田有杆泵井,但不能直接应用于海上油田电潜泵举升。结合陆地油田应用经验,创新研发了专用偏心采油树、抽油杆悬挂器、改造双公短节等关键工具,并配备中频电源等地面控制设备,形成了适合海上油田电潜泵井的空心杆电加热工艺技术。该技术在渤海海上油田成功应用6口井,具有节能、施工作业简单的特点,井口温度达到50℃以上,解决了抽油杆与油管环空之间的井控、抽油杆悬挂、加热电缆投放以及周期性结蜡等问题。本文所研发的海上电潜泵井空心杆电加热工艺技术在海上高含蜡油田和稠油油田具有广阔的推广应用前景。Hollow rod electric heating technology is widely used in onshore rod pump wells,but it cannot be applied directly to offshore oil wells with ESPs.Based on the onshore application experience,some key equipment,such as the special eccentric Christmas tree,the sucker rod hanger and the modified double male joint is innovatively developed,and intermediate frequency power supply is equipped.Consequently,the hollow rod electric heating technology suitable for offshore ESP wells is presented.The technology has been successfully applied in 6 oil wells in Bohai offshore oilfields.It is energy-saving and simple to operate.The wellhead temperature can reach above 50℃.It solves the problems of well control of the sucker rod-tubing annulus,suspension of the sucker rod,running of heating cable and periodic wax precipitation in wellbore.This hollow rod electric heating technology suitable for offshore ESP wells has broad application prospects in offshore high waxy and heavy oil fields.
