摘 要:[目的]量化测度粤港澳大湾区中医药医疗高地建设的效率水平,分析其时序演化规律与空间分布特征,为提升中医药医疗高地建设效率提供参考。[方法]运用超效率数据包络分析模型、Malmquist指数模型和空间自相关模型分析粤港澳大湾区中医药医疗高地建设效率及其空间分布特征。[结果]2018-2020年粤港澳大湾区中医药医疗高地建设效率均值、全要素生产率指数均值大于1,并且中医药医疗高地建设效率的莫兰指数均值大于0。[结论]粤港澳大湾区中医药医疗高地建设效率达到有效水平,但是区域内效率水平差异较大,亟需提升中医药医疗高地建设的效率并减小城市间的差距。Objective To measure the construction efficiency of the highland for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,to analyze the law of chronological evolution and spatial distribution characteristics,and to provide reference for improving the construction efficiency of the highland for TCM.Methods The super-efficiency data envelopment analysis(SDEA),Malmquist index and spatial autocorrelation model were used to analyze the construction efficiency and spatial distribution characteristics of the highland for TCM in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.Results From 2018 to 2020,the mean value of the construction efficiency and mean value of total factor productivity index of the highland for TCM in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area were higher than 1.And the mean value of Moran index of the construction efficiency of TCM medical treatment highland was greater than 0.Conclusions The construction efficiency of the highland for TCM in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has reached an effective level,but the efficiency level varies greatly within the region.It is urgent to improve the construction efficiency of the highland for TCM and reduce the gap between cities.
