摘 要:本文研究在保育舍内喷洒生物除臭剂对断奶仔猪生长性能及舍内氨气浓度的影响。选择同一栋相邻的2个单元保育舍,选用80头30日龄(30±2)d断奶,健康体重相近的仔猪,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组5个重复,每个重复8头仔猪饲养在同一栏内单独饲喂。试验组在保育舍内喷洒生物除臭剂,对照组则不喷洒,预试期为6 d,正试期为34 d。结果表明,试验组的断奶仔猪末重、头均增重、日增重分别比对照组高(P<0.05),其中末重、日增重分别提高了6.91%、10.25%。试验组的日采食量与对照组差异不显著,料重比降低了9.41%(P<0.05),同时试验组的舍内平均氨气浓度比喷前降低了42.22%。试验组每千克增重饲料成本比对照组少0.36元。综上所述,喷洒生物除臭剂可以降低猪舍内氨气浓度,提高断奶仔猪的生长性能和经济效益,减少对环境的污染。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effects of biological deodorant on growth of weaned piglets and Ammonia concentration of Pig Nurseries.Select 80 piglets that are in good growth condition,healthy and disease-free,with similar body weight,and weaned at 30 days(30±2)d were randomly divided into two groups and raised in two different nurseries.There are 5 replicate units in each group,8 piglets in each replicate unit were fed independently in two units of nurseries.The control group units were not sprayed with biological deodorant,the test group units were sprayed with biological deodorant periodically,and other conditions are the same within the two nurseries.The trial period is 40 days.The result shows that the final weight and daily weight gain increased by 6.91%and 10.25%(P<0.05)respectively.The ratio of feed to weight decreased by 9.41%(P<0.05).The average ammonia concentration in the test group was 42.22%lower than that before spray.The cost of feed per kilogram of weight gain in the experimental group was 0.36 yuan less than that in the control group.To sum up,biological deodorant has significantly improved growth performance,economic benefits and reduced environmental pollution.
