摘　　要：马泰勒虫病是由马泰勒虫引起的一种重要蜱传寄生虫病,是我国的三类动物疫病。马泰勒虫寄生于马、骡、驴、斑马等马属动物的淋巴细胞和红细胞内,可导致宿主贫血、消瘦、运动能力下降、流产、死亡等。感染该病后一般表现为终身带虫,随着宿主年龄增加,感染率也随之增加。由于媒介蜱的广泛分布,马泰勒虫病在全球绝大多数地区流行,只有少数国家为马泰勒虫无疫区国家,且这些国家仅占10.4%。马泰勒虫病对马产业造成严重的经济损失,因患病后会削弱马的性能,治疗成本以及马匹的国际运输检测都给马产业造成了显著的经济损失。该文对马泰勒虫的生活史、临床症状、基因型、治疗方案及预防进行综述总结,为马泰勒虫的进一步研究提供参考。Equine theileriosis is an important tick-borne disease caused by Theileria equi.It was listed as the ClassⅢanimal disease.T.equi is parasitic in the lymphocyte and red blood cells of equine animals(horse,mule,donkey,and zebra).It can cause anemia,emaciation,reduce performance of sport horses,abortion,and death of the host.The infection of T.equi is usually life-long,and the prevalence increases with age.Equine theileriosis is endemic in most parts of the world due to the wide distribution of the vector tick.In the mean time,only a few countries report Equine theileriosis-free status,And these countries account for only 10.4%.Equine theileriosis is responsible for serious economic losses to the equine industry,because it impairs the horse's performance,the cost of treatment and the testing of horses for international transport take a significant economic losses on the horse industry.This paper summarized the life cycle,clinical symptoms,genotypes,and genotypes of T.equi to provide a reference for further research on T.equi.
