摘　　要：微量元素硒对于牛、羊的生长发育十分重要,通过对布尔津县饲草中微量元素的测定发现,该地区微量元素硒含量偏低,这也是导致该地区牛、羊硒缺乏症的因素之一;通过对布尔津县部分地区牛、羊血清中硒元素含量的测定发现,不同区域的牛、羊血清中硒元素含量有差异,说明饲养人员在饲养过程中要注重硒元素含量的控制,及时掌握牛、羊硒元素含量的摄入情况,掌握牛、羊的生长发育状况,做到科学补饲硒元素,进行科学饲养,利于提高该地区的牛、羊养殖效益,促进该地区的畜牧业发展。Trace element selenium is very important for the growth and development of cattle and sheep,through the determination of trace elements in forage grass in Burqin County,it was found that the content of trace element selenium in this area is low,which is also one of the factors leading to selenium deficiency in cattle and sheep in this area;Through the determination of selenium content in the serum of cattle and sheep in some areas of Burqin County,it was found that there were differences in the selenium content in the serum of cattle and sheep in different regions.This indicates that breeders should pay attention to the control of selenium content during the feeding process,timely grasp the intake of selenium content in cattle and sheep,grasp the growth and development status of cattle and sheep,achieve scientific supplementation of selenium,and conduct scientific feeding,which is conducive to improving the efficiency of cattle and sheep breeding in this area,Promote the development of animal husbandry in the region.
